APTET 2017 Registration: The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test registration process has begun on online from 18th December on its website. Those who all willing to write this examination can apply at cse.ap.gov.in official website. APTET is the computer-based test for recruiting eligible teachers by the Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh in all 13 districts. Every year, the government conducting the examination for all aspiring to be teachers for the classes from I to VIII in the AP government, mandal parishad, zilla parishad, municipality, private aided schools and private unaided schools.
Those who all completed and having their D.Ed or B.Ed or Language Pandit or equivalent qualifications can apply for this exam. Also, if you are pursuing the final year of any related courses as said above in the year of 2016-17 can apply for this exam. If you already appeared, but not qualified in the previous exam, then you can also apply.
- Paper I: Those who all intend to be a teacher for the classes from I to V.
- Paper II: Those who all like to teach the classes from VI to VIII.
- Paper I and II: For the candidates who wish to be a teacher between the classes of I and VIII.
Paper I:
- Child Development and Pedagogy: 30 Marks
- Language I 30 Marks
- Language II (English) 30 Marks
- Mathematics 30 Marks
- Environmental Studies 30 Marks
Total: 150 Marks
Paper II:
- Child Development and Pedagogy: 30 Marks
- Language I: 30 Marks
- Language II (English): 30 Marks
- For Mathematics & Science Teachers:
- i – Mathematics and Science: 60 Marks
- ii – For Social Studies Teacher: 60 Marks
- iii – For any other Teacher: Either (i) or (ii)
Total: 150 Marks
APTET 2017 Exam Schedule:
- Online mock tests: Started from 1st January 2018 onwards.
- Hall Tickets: Available from 9th January 2018.
- Paper-I and paper II: From January 17 to 27 on two sessions 09:30 am to 12:00 noon and 02:30 pm to 05:00 pm.
