FYJC 2017 First Merit List: FYJC – Mumbai First Year Junior College 2017 first merit list was declared today at 1 AM on their official website mumbai.11thadmission.net. The list was supposed to be released on Monday at 5 PM, then delayed to 7 PM at last released at 1 AM. These delay cause 2.4 lakh candidates who are applied for the First Year Junior College (FYJC) 2017 in frustration.
The list indicates cut-offs, the marks at which admissions close, across several colleges. The cut-off is slightly lower than last years. VG Vaze Kelkar College saw the science cut-off dip to 92.6% from 92.8%, while arts plunged to 83.8% from last year’s 85%.
How to Check FYJC 2017 Mumbai First Merit List Allotment:
- Enter the official website of FYJC https://mumbai.11thadmission.net/
- Enter your six digit Application No.
- Click Submit Button.
- The Merit List will appear on the screen.
- Download the result.
- Take a printout for your future reference.
Instructions to candidates about the Admission Process:
- If you are allotted a seat in FYJC 2017 First Merit List, you have to compulsory accept the admission. Otherwise, you will be disqualified from the admission process in First Year Junior College Mumbai.
- You can pay the fee from July 11 to July 13 by visiting the college premises allotted to you in between 10 AM to 5 PM.
- If you did not get the college of your preference, then you have to wait for the second merit list released on July 20th.
- The Third Merit List will be out on July 29th, and the final merit list will be out on August 6th. However, there’s no guarantee that you will get the college of your choice in the following merit list.
- You can make changes to your preference of college or stream from July 15th to July 18th, 2017 via an application form.
