Kavan is an upcoming social based Tamil film directed by K.V.Anand and produced by AGS Entertainment.The lead roles are played by Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi (as Deva) and most gorgeous actress Madonna Sebastian(as Anjali)doing romance with Vijay Sethupathiand this is her second film with Vijay Sethupathi after” Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum” while Vikranth, T.Rajendar, Pandiarajan, Jagan and Akashdeep Saighal play their supportive roles
After the grand success of Anegan director, K.V.Anand planned for his next film with Vijay Sethupathi.For the first time, Vijay Sethupathi works with K.V.Anand.After a long time, the multi-talented actor T.Rajendar play an important role in the film.Actor Akashdeep Saigal who acted as the lead villain in Anand’s 2009 super hit film ‘Ayan’ makes a comeback in Kollywood playing the oppugnant in this film. 
The story for ‘Kavan’ has been written by Anand, writers Suba, and Kabilan Vairamuthu.Anthony is taking care of Editing and cinematography is take care by Abhi Nandan.
The director in his interview revealed that Vijay Sethupathi plays a Chennai-based corporate employee while TR is an agent for corporate companies. The combination scenes between these two extremely talented actors will be a tremendous treat for the audience.
The soundtrack was composed by Hip Hop Tamizha “Happy new year” song are already released and it seems a mass hit next “Theeratha vilayattu pillai” is ready to hit the playlists.Madonna will be making her singing debut in this film.
Kavan-Release Date
The film’s shoot commenced in July 2016. In the mid of September, the director announced that 70% of shooting has been completed. The film is scheduled for theatrical release on 31 March 2017.
