Mersal Movie Review: The movie Mersal has crossed a lot of troubles and problems and finally it is released today for Diwali 2017. Since the audio launch of Mersal, the film is most eagerly awaited by the audience. Initially, there was a title issue of the movie and it was solved by the Mersal team.
Before two of release, the AWBI has not approved for Mersal. Actor Vijay met Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Palanisamy regarding this issue. Then the Mersal team and AWBI committee conducted a meeting and they finally approved NOC for the movie with an agreement that the film Mersal should cut some scenes. The team agreed and got approval from AWBI and released the movie on Diwali as per the schedule. The tickets for the first day of Mersal was sold out in many theatres of Tamil Nadu and Kerala within one hour of the official announcement on confirmation of Mersal release. This itself shows how the people are awaited for the movie.
The movie was released all over the world. As expected the reviews of the movie are well and good by the abroad viewers. People in Europe have seen the movie and gave positive reviews for the movie. So far they have said that the first half of the movie is unique and the second half of Mersal is racy. Vijay’s acting is special and mass acting from him and he gave an award-worthy performance in the movie. The female lead roles Kajal, Samantha, and Nithya also performed well. Likewise, the reviews were posted in the Social media.
Mersal: Audience Response
Overall Mersal is the blockbuster movie of 2017. The film has been released at the perfect festival time. So it will have huge collections in the Box-office. The other supporting actors Vadivelu, and Kovai Sarla in the movie also played their well. Vijay and Vadivelu combo is screened after six years of gap. So the audience feels happy. SJ Surya who was the antagonist in recent time Spyder film has done the same negative role in the film in his own style.
