Messi Suspension and Fine: Argentina Star football player Lionel Messi has been suspended by FDC (FIFA Disciplinary Committee) from playing 4 Official matches starting from 28th March and fined CHF 10,000 for insulting assistant referee in Argentina vs Chile World Cup 2018 Qualifier match which was played on 23rd March, Thursday.
According to the FIFA, he has been found guilty of violating article 57 of FDC, insulting assistant referee with words. Due to the suspension, Messi will no longer be in the playing 11 of World Cup Qualifier match against Bolivia which will be played on 28th March.
The FDC sent the notification to the player as well as Argentina team and Football association regarding players act and the suspension, fine details. So, Lionel Messi to miss out next 4 official international matches for the mistake he committed against Chile last week.
