Mom Movie Review: “Mom” Sridevi’s 300th film which says about the sexual harassment happened in our country. We are living in a country like where girls like nirbhaya are sexually harassed. It cannot affect that girl only also affected the whole family too. The film “Mom” also says about the harassment happened for a girl and how her mom takes revenge for her daughter.
After the super hit film “English Vinglish” Sridevi’s next attempt is Mom. Apart from Sridevi, movie stars are Nawazuddin Akshaye Khanna, Abhimanyu Singh and Pitobash Tripathy in important roles. The film is directed by Ravi Udyawar and produced by Boney Kapoor, Sunil Manchanda, Mukesh Talreja, Naresh Agarwal and Gautam Jain under the banner, MAD Films and Third Eye Pictures. It is a massive thriller film. Our favorite music director A.R.Rahman composed the music, and the film is simultaneously released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Mom Devki (Sridevi) a school teacher sincerely doing her work as a school teacher happily. She is not only a lovely teacher also a beautiful mother. Devki was Adnan Siddiqui’s second wife. They had two daughters, but her elder daughter Arya (Sajal Ali) is from her husband’s first wife. Devki thinks Arya as her daughter, but Arya cannot accept Devki as her mother. One night Arya goes to a Valentine night College Party which is far away from her house. She asks permission from his father and went to the party. Unfortunately, there will be some fight happened between their college boys and ended in the gang rape on Arya. The case goes to the court, but they released that bastard because of no victims. What will Devki do in this situation? Whether she stays silent or fight for her daughter? Ya, she fights for her daughter and takes revenge on those bastards. As a mom, she gets back her daughter to a normal situation and proves her love and care to Arya. Nawazuddin Siddique comes on to the screen as a private detective, and Akshaye Khanna appears as a CBI Inspector.

Otherwise, the film is superb, and every mom and daughter want to see this movie and know how to be safe and take care of her daughter in this worst society. If anything happens, means don’t stay as a mute spectator fight for your rights.
