Pandigai Movie Review: Krishna’s upcoming film Pandigai is an action thriller film directed by Feroz and produced by his wife, Vijayalakshmi. The film casts Krishna, Anandhi in lead roles, while Aathma Patrick, Nithin Sathya, Karunas play supporting roles. The film shows the life of a hotel worker gets involved in a street fighting by mistake.
Pandigai Movie Story Plot:
Krishna (Velu) was from low-income family, works in a hotel and wants to go abroad. But he doesn’t have that much of money to go overseas. So, he is searching for a good job at that time Muni(Saravanan) who is a gambler advice Krishna to take part in an underground street fight. Muni planned to reclaim his house through Krishna once he lost in a cricket match. The racket is controlled by Natwar Dada (Madhusudhanan), a terrifying gangster, and his crew. Muni feels that they can make the bucks if Velu loses to Dada’s man and the top fighter, Victor (Arjai) during their clash. But unexpectedly the story changed, and the remainder was a thrilling experience.
The first half of the film goes well with Krishna and Anandhi romantic scenes. The film began to starts at second half only. Director Feroz makes the scenes with little romance, thrill, and suspense. The supportive actors Nitin Sathya and Shanmugarajan are quite active. The visuals and the background music are the pluses to the film. The visuals were taken care by Aravindh. R.H.Vikram composed the music. The romantic track, involving Velu and Anandhi, who plays a typical Tamil cinema loosu ponnu, is an add-on that sits uncomfortably in this otherwise smart thriller. The film is released on 14th July 2017.
