RCB Players: The Royal Challengers Bangalore shortly referred as RCB are a franchise cricket team based in Bangalore, Karnataka, that plays in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The team is currently captained by India Cricket team captain Virat Kohli and coached by Daniel Vettori. the home matches for the team will be played at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.
The team has never won any of the IPL title so far which us hoping best in this season. The team has made three final appearances in the IPL, losing all of them (in 2009 to the Deccan Chargers, in 2011 to the Chennai Super Kings and in 2016 to the Sunrisers Hyderabad). At the time of IPl auction 2018, the players retained in the team are Virat Kohli (17 cr). AB de Villiers (11 cr), and Sarfraz Khan (3 cr). Chris Gayle is not selected at the time of auction which is a great loss to the team. However, the bowling side of the team is very strong now.
