Superstar with Sun Pictures: After many political issues and political entry of Superstar Rajinikanth, the official news about his next film was announced. The film was to be directed by Karthik Subbaraj. It is a great news for Rajinikanth fans as the movie will be produced by Sun Pictures. The movie is likely to be released in 2019.
Two movies featuring Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role will be released soon in theatres. Shankar’s 2.0 which is the sequel to Enthiran and Pa.Ranjith’s Kaala. Kaala is scheduled to release on April 27. The release date of 2.0 was not yet officially announced but the audio launch of the film was held in Dubai last year in a grand manner.
Sun Pictures recently announced that they are producing Thalapathy 62 movie. Later they have soon announced the production of Superstar Rajinikanth’s next movie which is to be directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Karthik Subbaraj was the director who has already given the hit films such as Pizza (2012), Jigarthanda (2014), Bench Talkies (2015) and Iraivi (2016).
Subbaraj’s dialogue-free thriller Mercury, starring Prabhudeva, is scheduled to be released on April 13. Before coming to the film industry, the director Karthik Subbaraj has directed nearly 15 short films.
