TNTET 2017: Tamil Nadu TET both paper 1 and 2 Answer Keys were released on the official website and it can be downloaded on the site trb.tn.nic.in. Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2017 paper 1 exam was conducted on April 29 and paper 2 will be conducted on April 30 from 10 AM to 1 PM at various centres. Throughout the state, nearly 2.5 lakhs candidates appeared for the exam. The teacher recruitment board will release the answer key on their official website soon.

TNTET Paper 1 consists of about 150 multiple Choice questions given in five different sections: Child Development and Pedagogy (relevant to the age group 6-11); Language I (Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada/ Urdu); Language II (English); Mathematics; and Environmental Studies.

TNTET Official Answer Key 2017 will be released in official website after completion of paper 2. The unofficial TNTET answer keys will be released by coaching institutions in Padasalai, kalviseithi etc and it will be updated soon.

TNTET 2017 Cut off marks

The official cut-off marks will be released soon once the result is declared. It depends on the vacancies, the number of candidates applied and difficulty of the paper. It will be released soon by Teacher Recruitment Board, Tamil Nadu. The passing/ Qualifying Marks Percentage for Tamil Nadu TET exam shall be 60% for all and 55% for SC/ ST.

  3. Click on paper 1 or paper
  4. Download pdf
  5. Check the answers

The official answer key for TNTET 2017 will be expected to release on May 8 by TRB. Once the answer keys are released, the candidates will be asked to check the answers and they may submit objections if ay answer is wrong. The candidates scoring 60 percent or above marks will be declared qualified in the TET exam and will be called for Certificate verification, following which they will be awarded TET pass certificate. More information will be updated once the answer key for TNTET is released.
