Sathriyan Movie Review: Sathriyan is a realistic gangster story starring Vikram Prabhu, and Kavin plays leading roles with Manjima Mohan and Aishwarya Dutta play female roles.The supporting cast includes Sharath Lohitashwa, Aruldoss, R.K.Vijay Murugan, Soundararajan and Poster Nandakumar. The drama was written and directed by S.R.Prabhakaran and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. The film is based on a True incident happened in Trichy.Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music is the biggest asset for the movie.It is not like the usual cinematic gangster movies that you come across in Tamil cinema.
Sathriyan Movie Story Plot:
This story revolves around the gangster named as Guna (Vikram Prabhu) and his love intense with a Trichy girl Niranjana (Manjima Mohan). Guna who is all serious about his life and Niranjana who is living her life very happily, both of these two carries the story. Manjima’s acting was different from her previous film Accham Yenbathu Madamayada, she acted very enthusiastically, and it looks very entertaining. An intense action thriller movie happened indeed in Trichy makes the film more interesting, and it is worth to watch.
This is a realistic narration of a gangster’s lifestyle. You will never see the hero Vikram Prabhu in such an action film like this his role as Guna in the movie makes him more famous after the film yet released. Vikram has done action and stunts which are believable. Yuvan takes it to a different level with his brilliant compositions. The director said that “More than the songs which are receiving a good response, his background score will have a lasting impression. The film is certified with a clean ‘U’ certificate by the censor board.

Audience Response:
Vikram and Manjima acting was good, and the background music is rocking. Director can move the story very clearly without any interrupt, and it is a good effort.
Want more improvement in screenplay and avoid unnecessary dialogues in the film it slows down speed of the story.
