The first four season of Bigg Boss Tamil was hosted by veteran actor Kamal Haasan. Now, He is currently busy in Tamil Nadu Assembly elections and working as a full time politician. So there is a talk that this Bigg Boss show host will be replaced for Kamal Haasan. Rumours arose that the channel is talking with actor Simbu for hosting the show.
If STR host the show, it will definitely be a new come back for him. But still there is no official confirmation about him hosting the reality show Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5. Actor Silambarasan fans are expecting him to confirm the news soon.
But Simbu has no experiencing in hosting the show. But he was judge in one of the reality shows Jodi Number one in same television. During that time, he also had many controversies with the contestant. The Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5 team and television has approached the actor Simbu to host the show and expecting the good result from him.
Also actor Aravind Swami was opted to host the show. Once he was approached for the same he denied the opportunity as his days were busy in shooting. This year Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5 will be launched little bit late due to Tamil Nadu state elections and for Indian Premier League (IPL) season.
