Raabta Movie Review: Once again get ready for saw Sushant Singh Rajput action on silver screen. Raabta is romantic action thriller film directed and produced by Dinesh Vijan co-produced by Homi Adajania and Bhushan Kumar. While Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon and Jim Sarbh are in the lead roles.
Cast & Crew:
Sushant Singh Rajput comes across as over confident on-screen. While his character calls for that sort of a cockiness, he seems to go a notch overboard.Kriti Sanon looks pretty but in terms of acting is quite average. She fails to make her presence felt among the other two actors. Jim Sarbh has incredible intense looks but his poorly written character doesn’t allow him to make his best. Deepika Padukone title song was unnecessary.
Raabta Movie Story Plot:
It is a romantic action thriller film seems like as Magadheera (Telugu) film. Shiv who is a crazy guy meet Saira and fall in love with her, when he is on a date with someone else. Saira starts to reciprocate to Shiv’s foolish antics soon and falls in love with him. But their beautiful love story was interrupted when Zak/Zakir Merchant (Jim Sarbh) enter inbetween them. He does not accpet the fact when Saira rejected his proposal. So, he kidnaped Saira to an seculded island.
But the twist in this drama when the dream take her to the past and shows the love bond between Shiv an warrior and Saira a brave princess. What was the connection between these three? Whether they win their present love or not? For all these answers, we can watch the film in theatre.
The romance between Susant and Kriti was a big treat for the audience. The story was like as magadheera but the making of the story is differnet from that film, director make it very well. The first half was goes smoothly with their crazy facts, love bond, comedy but the second half take the film into different stage. Overall the film is good to watch.
