Brian Tyler composed the background music and written by David Koepp, Christoper McQuarrie, and Dylan Kussman, with a story by Kurtzman, Jon Spaiht, and Jenny Lumet. Universal Pictures distributed the film.
Mummy Story plot:
Millennia after being denied her fate, a betrayed Egyptian princess is back from the dead to take revenge. Determined to reclaim all that should have been hers, she unleashes terrors beyond human understanding. And how Tom Cruise manages to destroy the mummy with his team.

This film was a big shocking for Tom Cruise fans and cannot reach a big hit from the previous film series.Tom Cruise actions cannot work in this movie, and overall portions are shows only actions without any exciting and thrilling factors. It’s a fair trade for the most part – these are popcorn blockbusters that are mindless fun, and everyone is reasonably entertained. So it’s hardly a shocker that Cruise ends up going through his tried and tested ‘Mission Impossible’ motions in ‘The Mummy.’
This film is the combined form of action, mythology, horror, and comedy. The only thing that surprising the audience was the 3D factor which makes the audience looking this movie as very real.
Everyone in this film plays their roles very correctly. Tom Cruise, Sofia, Wallis and other characters too. Adequately mesmerising as Ahmanet a.k.a. The mummy, she transitions from a creepy, violent monster to a seductive goddess with ease, but her impact is reduced by the screen time devoted to convincing us of Cruise and Wallis’ love angle, even though that’s devoid of any chemistry.
Neglecting the other frustrating moments, it is worth to watch.The efforts are taken to make the movie, and the Egyptian Princess revenge, the visuals, and the music all make the movie to watch. But in the absence of quality writing, gripping plots and characters to truly care about, perhaps some monsters are best left buried.
