Zimbabwe’s historic series win in Sri Lanka: Zimbabwe team created a history by win five-match series in Sri Lanka, and this victory was set a fire on Twitter by so many wishes from cricketers and fans. They won the match by three wickets and pocketed the series 3-2. After winning the toss, they decided to bowl. Sikander Raza and Graeme Cremer played a huge role in restricting the Sri Lankan batting line-up to 203 for the loss of eight wickets. Their bowling was very sharp; it creates tense to Sri Lankan Batsman.

They were continuously taking wickets of Sri Lanka Team without gave any chance to build up their runs. At last, Sri Lanka team score 203/8 (50). Later, Zimbabwe started their batting impressively with Hamilton Mazakadza and Solomon Mire hammering 92 in 14 overs before Mire was dismissed for 43 by Asela Gunaratne and struggling to maintain their score after losing Mire and Mazakadza in the middle Craig Ervine, Sean Williams and Malcolm Waller falling cheaply, at last Sikander Raza played well and took his team to victory side and got run scored 204/7 (38.1).

Zimbabwe won the 1st, 4th and 5th match of the series and trailing 2-1, showed massive improvement. Their historic series win, make Zimbabwe cricketers and fans happy and they convey their wishes in Twitter.

Zimbabwe batsman Stuart Matsikenyeri also seemed to be happy after his team clinched their first away series win since 2009, and tweeted saying “@ZimCricketv you make us all so proud! Well done to everyone involved!”
