DD Team: The team Delhi Daredevils is shortly referred as DD is a franchise cricket team representing the city of Delhi in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The team DD was owned by the GMR Group and JSW Group. The home matches of the team will be played at Feroz Shah Kotla Ground, Chennai. Australian cricketer Ricky Ponting as their Head Coach for the team Delhi Daredevils.
During IPL Auction the players Rishabh Pant (15 cr), Chris Morris (11 cr), Shreyas Iyer (7 cr) only were retained for the team Delhi Daredevils. DD team has never won any of the titles in IPL season so far. This time in the 11th season of IPL 2018 the team is hoping to win the title. The team will be led by Gautam Gambhir in the season IPL 2018.
